The government has engaged in an all out war against Veterans by conspiring to deny Veterans the benefits that the Law allows. This conspiracy against Veterans includes, but is not limited to, engaging in protracted legal battles with the aim of making the process so drawn out and arduous that the Veteran seeking the benefit will either give up or die.
Both outcomes are considered favorable to the government and are celebrated by government lawyers.
Politicians, bureaucrats, and government lawyers will all say that the government is sincere in the desire to take care of the men and women who went in harm's way in the service of the United States of America. They are liars. They are talking out of both sides of their mouth. They make these claims in public while in private they conspire to develop tactics and proceduures that ensure the government will be the winner every time.
The principal office that develops, promulgates, and celebrates these Unconstitutional tactics and procedures is the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel (VA OGC). The lawyers in the VA OGC are some of the most evil creatures to have ever inhabited Earth. These lawyers have not only been the cause of millions of Veterans being denied Due Process, they are also directly responsible for writing the policies that all VA employees must adhere to. One former VA OGC lawyer, who is now in private practice, reports that his father asked him how he could sleep at night with the knowledge that he is committing atrocities against Veterans.
